In Newcastle
G'Day-
I know I have not been on top of updating this but I have had many issues with getting my Internet set up since I have been in Australia. I am still having some problems but I'm getting them all worked out.
So much has happened.. my 1st week in Carins was amazing.. i held a snake, got stung by a jellyfish, held a koala and fed kangaroos. those are just a few things that happened. It was an amazing week and I got to see God's beauty in sooo many ways. Now I am at my uni(university) and it so nice here.. minus "mozzies" (mosquitoes). but I have been meeting a lot of people and everyone is so nice here. I feel like you can just go up and talk to anyone and they will talk with you. And they do that to me. Its a very cool feeling. My roommates are all pretty cool. I'm living with 2 Aussies and 2 Americans. And as much as I didn't want to live with Americans, it is not bothering me as much as I thought it was going to. Its amazing what God knows and we don't. but my life is changing already for the better and I'm loving Australia. I really am thankful that I could come here and live in a new place and discover other things in the world.
O yeah.. Tim Tams in Australia are wayyy better than American ones. Its all about the Dark Chocolate!! :)

Made it
Hi all!!
so I made it to australia!! Im already loving it here. I had an adventure of flights and that was a little stressful. we had about 2 hours in between flights, but we had to go through customs after picking up our bags and the domestic airport was about 2 miles away from the international one. So I barely made my 2nd flight! I was not the only one, but when we got there the doors were closed and the guy was nice and opened them up and let us on. but that was an adventure and not fun. But when we got to cairns, we went to the hostel that we are staying at which is awesome. I have discovered the heat and humidity here... ewww. but i only have this weather till friday. Yesterday we went to the Rainforest Reserve which was amazing. We got to see animals and all sorts of plants that are up here and the bird they are trying to keep alive. My life has completlty changed in 48 hours. crazy to think that but its true. the adventure is has started and im loving it. Cant wait for the day at the Great Barrier reef.

God's Plan
soooo.... my plans have been changed by God. I am still going to Australia but not for a year anymore. I have had some issues with school and have made the choice that I can not stay in Australia without the exact funds that I need. Part of me is sad that my original plan is not going to be happening but the other half is still stoked that I am going to Aus. I am trusting in God with this change in plans and see where it all leads. I know that everything is in His hands. I ask for everyone to continue to pray for me. I'm 13th days away from leaving!!!!!!

Ahhhhhh
Life seems to be taking a toll on me. Yesterday I found out that things were not what people had told me and my parents are suppose to be rich. I now am in a bind that I never thought I would be in and I definitly hoped that it would not come to this. I need to decieded to either take another loan or dont go to australia. I feel that things can go both ways... going can change my life and I really want to go but taking another loan could be bad for my future. I do not have much time to make this choice because if I do leave it is in 29 days. Time is not in my favor and my emotions are getting the best of me. All things are bad. I dont know what to do. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Stress
So I am down to one month until I leave and I got an interesting phone call from my program which has now started to stress me out beyond belief. I was really hoping/wishing that the last month would not be crazy but I guess that was wishful thinking. I know that God has this whole trip in His hands but I am still worried. Why do things always come down to money? It makes me upset ans I am a person that needs everything in order and it seems that is not going to happen. Plus I still dont know where I will be living :( I am putting it all in God's hands and im going to try really really hard not to worry too much about things.
So I ask anyone who reads this to keep me in their prayers.. I ask that I can have little stress and that everything gets into order before I leave.
